Shipping and Delivery Policy

This policy explains how and when your Sword Tribe order will reach you, including our current pre-order timescales, your delivery and collection options, and your rights under UK consumer law. Please read it carefully before placing your order.
1. Pre-order timescales
Our products are currently sold on a pre-order basis. Stock is shipped to us in batches, and your order is fulfilled once the relevant batch arrives with us in the UK.
Please allow up to 6 weeks (approximately 42 days) from the date of your order for delivery. By placing a pre-order, you acknowledge and agree to this delivery timeframe, which may be longer than the standard 30-day delivery period. We will always aim to dispatch sooner where possible.
Each order window has a cut-off date, shown on our website. Orders placed before the cut-off are included in the next incoming batch. Orders placed after it move to the following batch, which may extend the delivery time.
2. How fulfilment works
As soon as your order arrives with us, we will email you to confirm it is ready and to arrange the final step based on the option you chose at checkout:
- Delivery: we will send you an invoice for shipping, which you pay before we dispatch your order.
- Free collection from Rochford Martial Arts Academy: we will let you know when your order is ready to collect.
- Free collection from Canterbury Medieval Combat: we will let you know when your order is ready to collect.

3. Delivery charges
Shipping is charged separately and invoiced to you once your order has arrived with us and is ready to dispatch. We calculate the cost based on the size and weight of your order and your delivery address. You will see the shipping cost and be able to pay it before your order is sent. Both collection options are free of charge.
4. Where we ship
We currently ship to addresses within the United Kingdom only. We also offer free collection from our two listed locations. If you are outside the UK and would like to order, please contact us at [email protected] and we will let you know whether we can help.
5. Delivery method and age verification
Our products include bladed articles. It is illegal to sell these to anyone under the age of 18 in the UK, and we are required to take reasonable steps to ensure orders are not delivered to under-18s. For this reason:
You must confirm at checkout that you are aged 18 or over, and that any person receiving the order is also aged 18 or over.
Orders are sent using a tracked and/or signed-for delivery service. An adult signature may be required on delivery.
We may decline or cancel any order where we are not satisfied that the age requirement is met.
6. Tracking your order
Once your order has been dispatched, we will email you confirmation and, where available, tracking details so you can follow its progress.
7. Delays
Pre-order timescales are estimates given in good faith and depend on the arrival of incoming stock, which can occasionally be affected by manufacturing, shipping or customs factors outside our control. If we become aware of a significant delay beyond the timeframe stated above, we will contact you to let you know and to confirm how you would like to proceed.
8. Your rights
Where we have agreed a specific delivery timeframe with you, as set out in this policy, that timeframe applies. If we fail to deliver within the agreed timeframe and do not deliver within a further reasonable period after you ask us to, you have the right to cancel your order and receive a refund. Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 are not affected. 9. Failed or returned deliveries
If a delivery is returned to us because it could not be delivered, an incorrect address was provided, or it was not collected from the carrier in time, we will contact you to arrange redelivery. A further delivery charge may apply for redelivery
